Evidence-based therapy for anxiety, trauma, and depression to help you feel grounded, connected, and whole again.
Life can be overwhelming, especially when your mind won’t quiet down and your body stays on alert. I invite you to slow down, make sense of what’s happening inside, and learn to meet yourself with kindness.
My approach is grounded in empathy and informed by a deep understanding of clinical and military contexts.
I am an Army Combat War Veteran. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have over 15 years of experience working with Children, Families, and Service Members.

If you’ve been carrying too much for too long, you don’t have to anymore.
Maybe you’ve been trying to hold it all together. Maybe you’ve done everything "right", and still feel tired, anxious, or unseen.
I get that.

Questions you might have
What if I don’t know
what to talk about?
That’s completely okay. We can start wherever you are, even with the silence or confusion. Sometimes the quiet itself shows us where the work begins.
What if I’m nervous to start therapy?
Most people are. It’s normal to feel unsure. Opening up takes courage. You don’t have to have it all figured out; you just have to show up, and we’ll go from there.
How long does therapy take?
There’s no fixed timeline. Some people come for a few months, others for a longer journey. We’ll find a rhythm that fits your needs and goals.
Do you offer online
sessions?
Yes. I offer secure video sessions for clients. Some find online therapy even more comfortable, as it allows you to show up from your own safe space.
How therapy works.
Therapy isn’t about fixing what’s broken. It’s about understanding what hurts and learning new ways to care for it.

In our sessions, we’ll gently notice your thoughts, emotions, and body responses, and explore how they’re connected.
We’ll look at patterns that once kept you safe but now feel limiting, and practice new ways of being that bring more calm and clarity.

My role is to walk beside you with warmth, humor, and evidence-based tools. I'll help you build steadiness and trust in your own inner world.
I invite you to embark on a journey within yourself.
I’d be honored to walk beside you.
What guides my work.

Curiosity over judgment.
We don’t label your experience — we explore it.

Honesty that comforts.
Change grows where truth meets compassion.

Smiles and warmth.
Sometimes a small laugh makes the hard stuff lighter.
Understanding and empathy.
Grounded in science, guided by human connection.
With you in every step.
Therapy is something we do together, not to you.
